Heather is originally from North Carolina, where she graduated from East Carolina University & Appalachian State University with degrees in Biology & Psychology. Since moving to the Tri-Cities area, Heather has spent over a decade raising her two sons and serving her community in a variety of ways, including substitute teaching, starting a food pantry at her church, serving on the PTA and numerous other volunteer opportunities that are near and dear to her heart.

Heather began her career in real estate with one focus in mind...to help her clients through the home selling and buying process with minimal stress through education and timely updates. Her goal for herself and her team is to provide genuine care for her clients, who often become friends and family.

Her dedication to helping people and good nature has enabled her to become one of the highest rated agents in the area.

Courtney strives to make the home-buying process as seamless and stress-free as possible and to make house-hunting as enjoyable as she can.  Courtney has the heart of a servant and she strives to make a difference in the lives of everyone that she comes into contact with. 

 A Tennessee native and a former all-conference D2 Collegiate Golfer at King University where she studied Business Marketing and Management.
